New Commissions

The Locks of Love organization selected Slattery &
Associates to provide architectural services for its new
headquarters facility in downtown West Palm Beach. 
The project scope includes an approximately 7,000
square foot office building to be located on
a .57-acre parcel. 

Slattery & Associates has been enjoying a big wave
of projects in the restaurant and financial markets in
recent months.   

Designing the connection between place and palette. ..
with 30 completed restaurants to its credit and five
recent commissions including two projects at the
Turnberry Isle Resort, and assignments with several,
independent restaurants, Slattery & Associates
continues to expand its project menu. 

The firm’s financial institution portfolio has grown
considerably with 10 new banking facilities including
three recent projects completed for Fidelity Federal and
three for Florida Capital Banks and recent commissions
with Paradise Bank.

Prominently located on North Federal Highway in Boca Raton and slated for completion in March ’07 is Paradise Bank, a new concept in banking  The two-story structure design reflects a Floribbean-architectural style with a standing seam metal roof and lush landscaping. A
nostalgic reference to a bygone financial era is made
through the use of wrought iron teller windows.
Amenities and services include a club room complete
with a fire place and pool table, fitness room, catering kitchen, covered patio and smoker’s balcony. A separate entrance serves non-members. The Paradise Bank
concept was developed by several members of Admiralty Bank’s former officers including Ward Kellogg, Bill
Burke, Dennis Gavin and Dave Englert. The team
envisions Paradise Bank as the epitome of private banking providing clients with a club-like atmosphere in which to conduct their financial business. A Delray Beach branch is
in the planning stages

Three libraries, an outdoor amphitheater, a clerk of the
courts program, an ocean rescue headquarters, a sheriff
substation and an indoor nature exhibit…eight projects
and $30 million in construction with Palm Beach County
are keeping Slattery & Associates busy!
